Conditions for funding participants from eligible countries

Funding is available from ESIS TC2 to support the active participation of scientists who would otherwise be not able to attend the 11th TC2 ESIS workshop at MSMF-8 conference. Financial assistance is limited to presenting authors only. Support will be, in general, provided by waiving the conference fee, but additional support might be possible. Preference will be given to candidates from countries with low GDP, young scientists, ESIS members and to attendees of previous TC2s. Applications for financial assistance should be sent by e-mail to the conference secretariat (msmf@fme.vutbr.cz) with the subject “FUNDING” (and its copy to Prof. Jaroslav Pokluda, pokluda@fme.vutbr.cz), until 30th November, 2015. These applications should contain:

• CV;
• Identification number of pre-registered contribution at the 11th TC2 workshop at MSMF8;
• Declaration of citizenship and current affiliation confirmed by the employer (or the study statement confirmed by the educational authority);
• Declaration of the ESIS membership approved by a relevant national ESIS authority (if applicable);
• Reason why support is necessary.

The selection of the candidates will be made by Prof. J. Pokluda, Prof. T. J. Marrow and Prof. O. Kolednik. The decision will be announced until January 31, 2016.
